PFEXPO East 2026 New Product Showcase

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Exhibitors must sign up for the New Product Showcase to participate. 
  
  • PFEXPO East Cut-Off Date: July 9, 2026
• There are only 50 spots available at PFEXPO East
• Sign-up will be done through the registration process, and exhibitors will be informed if they have been accepted to participate by their Category Director two months before the show dates.
• Included in your $300 participation, you’ll receive a dedicated space in our curated display area, set up to drive traffic and attention to your booth

• You can choose one of the following display options:

  • OPTION 1: A 2x2 tabletop slot (maximum of 4 products)
    

  • OPTION 2: One floor display (maximum of 1 display per vendor)

    

• Each space will be labeled with the brand name and booth number
• Please note: Whether or not you choose to participate in the new product showcase you can still highlight your new items in your booth.

SHOWCASE RULES:

• New Products consist of products introduced since the last PFEXPO tradeshow in that region and they must be approved by your Category Director.
• Exhibitors can bring their own signage for their display.

• Exhibitors will have a designated time slot during set up where they can place their items in the New Product Showcase.
