What is the Process for Vendor Returns?

Your quick guide to returns with PFX

Most vendors will authorize us to credit retailers for products returned by consumers. To receive credit, please complete the Pet Food Experts consumer return form, attach the UPC, and scan or mail the form to the Rewards Team. Consumer Returns can also be submitted through Astro! All Astro Redemptions will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please select "Pet Food Experts" as your preferred Astro distributor. Please review the brand criteria guidelines for any questions on which PFX brands participate in Astro Consumer Returns.
