What is the Process for Vendor Returns?

Vendor returns would include...

Most vendors will authorize us to credit retailers for products returned by consumers. In order to receive credit, please complete the Pet Food Experts consumer return form, attach the UPC and scan or mail the form to the Customer Experience Rewards department.

Forms and UPCs can be scanned and sent in via email, handed to your PFX Driver, or they can be mailed to:

The vendors listed below require completion of our Consumer Return Form and the UPCs attached, or credit will not be issued:

  • Nature's Logic
  • Northwest Naturals
  • Primal
  • Sojos
  • Vital Essentials
  • WellPet
  • Whimzees
  • Ziwi

Midwestern Pet Foods (Earthborn, Pro Pac, and Sportmix) requires completion of our consumer return form, the UPC, and duplicate register receipt, or credit will not be issued. Scanned copies will be accepted. Fromm requires paper copies of all consumer return forms with the UPCs attached. Scanned/emailed, or digital copies of any kind will not be accepted.
