Changing Attendee Information: You already registered for PFEXPO as an attendee, but you need to change some of the personal information such as name, email address, or dietary restrictions. In the video below you will learn how to change any attendee information who has already registered.
Deleting Attendees: If you have already registered for PFEXPO and you or someone on your team is no longer planning to attend, please follow these steps to delete the attendee information from the retailer registration.

- Will I get a confirmation email after I register for PFEXPO?
- Yes, every attendee who registers for PFEXPO will receive a confirmation email that will go to the email address provided during registration.
- Will I receive a confirmation email after canceling or changing attendee information?
- No, you will not receive an email after changing attendee information or canceling an attendee who was previously registered. You will see all changes made on Step 4, labeled Review Registration. Make sure you click on "Complete Registration" before leaving the Review Registration page.
- Why is it so important that I register prior to the show?
- It is important that we gain a proper headcount for food at the show and registering before the show will allow you to easily check-in at the show with no issues.
- How many people can attend PFEXPO from my store location?
- Up to 4 attendees per store location will be allowed to attend PFEXPO. You may register more than 4 attendees, but under Step 3 you will be asked to select which 4 attendees will attend the show. This selection can be done at any time and can be changed throughout the registration timeframe.
- If I am not attending the show, but I am registering my organization's staff, do I need to register as an attendee?
- We encourage anyone who does the initial registration for all attendees to also register themselves, but uncheck your name under Step 2 where you see attendees listed so that we don't include you in our headcount. This way you will also receive updated information prior to PFEXPO.
