Get ready to enhance your PFEXPO experience with the official event mobile app! This quick guide will walk you through how to download and navigate the app once it's available.

How to Download the PFX Mobile App

1. Visit either the App Store on Apple devices or Google Play on Android Devices.
2. Search for "Perenso Event Explorer" and download the app.
3. Once in the app, choose PFEXPO West 2025 (or PFEXPO East 2025 starting in July) from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your scan ID and click 'login'.

Once logged in, you’ll gain full access to essential show resources, including the agenda, detailed booth information, a comprehensive show floor map, venue specifics, and exhibitor deals with pricing details!

More App Features to Help You Navigate PFEXPO West

PFEXPO Information Booth: This is where you'll be able to find all of the information related to PFEXPO. You can find details on parking, the after-party, and the schedule of events for both exhibitors and attendees. 

Venue Details: Everything from the venue address (with directions) to guides for navigating the space, including how to get to the after-party.

Agenda: Here you can see an overview of the schedule for both days.

Favorites: Throughout the app, you'll be given the option to 'favorite' any items or brands by using the heart icon. You can then find those saved favorites within this section. 

My Account: You can change your password, and view your personal details. The QR code ("My Access Code") can be used to check in at the self-check-in stations and place orders at booths. 

Show Floor: There are three options for navigating the show - map view, booth lists, and booth view. 

Opt-Out of Push Notifications

To stop receiving app push notifications during the event, simply access your notification settings and disable the allow notifications toggle.
