IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

Rental Discount Deadline: Tuesday, April 30, 2024

Graphics Deadline - Print Ready Artwork: Tuesday, April 30, 2024

Advance Freight Receiving Window*: Monday, April 15, 2024 - Wednesday, May 15, 2024

*Due to heightened security at the Disneyland Resort all inbound shipments must go to the advance warehouse to ensure your items are delivered to your booth space. If you send freight to the facility, it may be turned away, or if accepted, additional fees will apply.  

IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION:

Exhibitor Set-Up: Monday, May 20, 2024, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM* + Tuesday, May 21, 2024, 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM

*We highly encourage you to set up on Monday, the 20th as the show will start earlier on Tuesday, May 21 than in past years.

Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, May 22, 2024, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM*

*All exhibitor-ordered freight carriers must be checked in by 5:00 PM for freight pick-up.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-All advance freight will be delivered to your booth space before the exhibitor move in to expedite your setup.

- All orders received before the discount deadline will receive the discount rates. Orders not sent by the discount deadline will receive the standard rates.

-Each 8'x10' Booth Package Includes: 8' High Back Drape 3' High Side Rails (1) 6' Skirted Table - White Skirt (2)Side Chairs (1) Wastebasket 7" x 44" Identification Sign, and the showfloor is carpeted.
