IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION:
- Exhibitor Set-Up: Monday, June 2, 2025, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Exhibitor Move-Out: Wednesday, June 4, 2025, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM*
*All exhibitor-ordered freight carriers must be checked in by 4:00 PM for freight pick-up.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES:
- Rental Discount Deadline: Monday, May 12, 2025
- Graphics Deadline - Print Ready Artwork: Monday, May 12, 2025
- Advance Freight Receiving Window: Must arrive between Tuesday, April 29, 2025 and Thursday, May 29, 2025
Due to heightened security at the Disneyland® Resort:
- All inbound shipments must be sent to the advanced warehouse
- Do NOT ship directly to the hotel
- Freight sent to the facility may be turned away or incur additional fees if accepted

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All advance freight will be delivered to your booth space before the exhibitor move in to expedite your setup.
- All orders received before the discount deadline will receive the discount rates. Orders not sent by the discount deadline will receive the standard rates.
- Each 8'x10' Booth Package Includes:
