PFEXPO East Pre-Show Order Process and Order Deadlines

Find all the information you need for pre-show ordering and the deadlines for orders placed before the start of PFEXPO East.

The pre-show ordering portal for PFEXPO East will open on Monday, August 26, 2024. Post-show ordering ends on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 11 PM EST. Follow the steps below for a step-by-step ordering guide. Note: You must register and attend PFEXPO to take advantage of the show deals and pre / post-show ordering.

If using the Show Book as an order form, please note that the vendors must enter all paper orders into the show system before leaving the show for cashback deals to calculate and apply to your account. All cashback deals will be settled upon exiting the show. If you prefer to receive a credit to your account instead of cash back, you do not have to visit the bank upon leaving the show.

Please note: Show orders not taken within the designated time frame will be deleted, and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. All cashback given on deleted orders will be invoiced back to your account. Pet Food Experts reserves the right to release orders as inventory levels allow.
