PFEXPO East Pre-Show Order Process and Order Deadlines

Find all the information you need for pre-show ordering and the deadlines for orders placed before the start of PFEXPO East.

The pre-show ordering portal for PFEXPO East will open on Monday, August 25, 2025. Post-show ordering ends on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 11 PM EST. Follow the steps below for a step-by-step ordering guide. Note: You must register and attend PFEXPO to take advantage of the show deals and pre / post-show ordering.

If you're using the Show Book as an order form, here’s what to know:

• Exhibitors must enter all paper orders into the show system before leaving the show for cashback deals to apply.
• Cashback deals will be finalized when you exit the show.

If you prefer to apply the cashback as a credit to your account, there's no need to visit the Cashback Bank after the show.

Please note: Show orders not taken within the designated time frame will be deleted, and a 10% cancellation fee will be applied. All cashback given on deleted orders will be invoiced back to your account. Pet Food Experts reserves the right to release orders as inventory levels allow.
