PFEXPO East Exhibitor Kit and Booth Ordering Process

To help you have a smooth and successful show, all booth furnishings, shipping, and service orders must be submitted through our official show partner: Demers Exposition Services.

Order Deadlines & Discounts

Thursday, September 3, 2026: Order online by this date to receive discounted rates and save the 8% administrative fee.

Online Ordering Closes: Thursday, September 10, 2026

Do Not Ship to Hotel

Any packages sent to hotel guests will be redirected and will incur additional fees.

Shipping Options:

  • Advance to Warehouse (recommended): Must arrive by Thursday, September 3
  • Direct to Show Site: Accepted only on September 16-17, 2026

Fire Safety Requirements

Per Mohegan Sun regulations:

  • All booth materials must meet NFPA 701 flame-resistance standards
  • Tents must have a visible flame-retardant tag
  • Items without proper tagging may be removed by the Fire Marshall

Move-In Hours:

Wednesday, September 16 | 6:00PM-10:00PM

Thursday, September 17 | 8:00AM-11:00AM


Move-Out Hours:

Friday, September 18 | 3:00PM-5:00PM


Note: All materials must enter and exit through the Expo Center loading dock. Mohegan Sun carts and staff are not available for exhibitor use. Mechanized equipment (like forklifts or pallet jacks) may only be operated by Demers.
