Order Deadlines & Discounts
Thursday, August 28, 2025: Submit by this date to avoid late fees and receive an 8% discount on your order.
Online Ordering Closes: Thursday, September 4, 2025
Do Not Ship to Hotel
Any packages sent to hotel guests will be redirected and will incur additional fees.
Shipping Options:
- Advance to Warehouse (recommended): Must arrive by August 28, 2025
- Direct to Show Site: Accepted only on September 10-11, 2025
Fire Safety Requirements
Per Mohegan Sun regulations:
- All booth materials must meet NFPA 701 flame-resistance standards
- Tents must have a visible flame-retardant tag
- Items without proper tagging may be removed by the Fire Marshall

Move-In Hours:
Wednesday, September 10 | 6:00PM-10:00PM
Thursday, September 11 | 7:30AM-10:00AM
Move-Out Hours:
Friday, September 12 | 3:00PM-5:00PM
Note: All materials must enter and exit through the Expo Center loading dock. Mohegan Sun carts and staff are not available for exhibitor use. Mechanized equipment (like forklifts or pallet jacks) may only be operated by Demers.
