New Online Ordering & Mobile App Experience - Frequently Asked Questions

Pet Food Experts will be unveiling a new online Marketplace beginning Thursday, June 29. Developed based on customer feedback, this ordering experience features many upgrades from the current Storefront and was designed to make ordering a breeze.

When can I gain access to the PFX Marketplace?

The new ordering site will be available beginning Thursday, June 29.

How can I access the PFX Marketplace?

You can request access by completing this form. A PFX team member will set up your account and you will receive an activation email with your new login credentials.

Will I still be able to utilize the current Storefront to place orders?

Yes, you will have access to the current Storefront and we will provide ample notice before disabling access to the original Storefront.

Will my current login credentials work with the PFX Marketplace?

No, your current login credentials will not work on the new ordering website. You will need to request new login credentials by completing this form.

What is the URL for the PFX Marketplace?

The URL for the new ordering website is orders.petfoodexperts.com.

What are some of the new features?

During the initial discovery of this project, retailer feedback was critical in helping to shape the new experience. New features include: a simplified, mobile-friendly user experience, a new Pet Food Experts mobile app with the ability to start the order on the app and access the same order across all devices, enhanced searching capabilities enabling you to find products faster, product recommendations inspired by your browsing history, creating wishlists, in-cart notifications, order uploads up to 500 lines, the ability to add entire lists to cart, quick scan (available via Pet Food Experts mobile app), and other self-service features coming soon!

What happens to all my saved history or items in my cart? Will this transfer over to the new site?

Items in your current PFX cart will not transfer, however, if you are a current PFX customer, two months of item purchase history will be added as a list under the My Lists link under the account drop-down menu.

Where can I use the UPC scanning feature?

The UPC scanning feature is available via the Pet Food Experts mobile app. Download the Pet Food Experts app from the Apple or Google Play stores.  You will be able to access the mobile app once they have their login credentials for the PFX Marketplace.
