Why am I receiving an error message, "Due to Business Rules some of the products in your cart cannot be purchased."

Certain items in your cart are currently unavailable for purchase. Review the lines on the order you cannot submit, there should be an error on the items "Restricted Product Inactive Product" in red on the item that needs to be removed.
