Suwanee, GA: NHP Reboot Launches
We’ve officially launched our NHP reboot in Suwanee, GA, an important step forward as we expand into the Southeast. Bringing this site to life has been a coordinated effort from across the business, with teams working together to lay a strong foundation for meaningful customer engagement.
Huge shoutout to the folks who made it happen: VenDev, purchasing, sales, transportation, routing, inbound, onboarding, training, and go-live execution. This was a true cross-functional effort.
Coming Soon in Suwanee: Phase Two
The next phase of our reboot is already underway. Over the next 4-6 weeks, we’ll be receiving inventory from 15+ additional vendor partners. Our goal is to be fully in stock by August 1 with brands like Stella & Chewy’s, Ziwi Peak, Elanco, Messy Mutts, and more.

Two Major Integration Wins: East and West
Last weekend, we crossed two huge milestones on both coasts. These parallel efforts are a testament to our planning, coordination, and grit.
Fife to Tacoma, WA Cold Chain Relocation
Inventory was moved over the weekend, and we’ve been successfully shipping Pet Superstore orders from Tacoma all week. Incredible execution by all involved.
Scranton to Denver, PA 3PL Relocation
More than 1,000 pallet locations were transferred with speed and precision. Teams hit “normal” productivity levels on day one — an incredible accomplishment in a brand-new facility and process.
Bartlett, IL: The Biggest Move Yet
Next up, the Des Plaines to Bartlett transition goes live on June 23. This will be our largest and most complex move to date.

Over 1 million pounds of product is now in-house, officially surpassing Des Plaines as of Wednesday morning
Last weekend, nearly 10,000 pick locations across bulk, dry, and frozen will be moved and put away. We’ve prepared for a clean cutover for both NHP and Pet Superstore volume, and we’re ready to respond to anything that comes our way with teamwork and grit.
What’s Next: Cold Chain Split
At the end of the month, we’re executing a cold chain split from Scranton, PA to Denver, PA and Cumberland, RI. Go-live is scheduled for June 30.
These transitions support our long-term goals:

- Better use of space
