Denver, CO: Update 5/15/25

Denver, CO is leading the charge as our first cold-chain site to go live on May 12, 2025.

Vendors include: Freshpet, Instinct, Dog O's, Ollie Pets, Ben & Jerry's, Yoghund, Just Food for Dogs, and more.

Important Updates: 4/25/25 

  • Finalizing item setup, pricing, and customer catalogs, with a target completion date of May 1st 

  • Route optimization analysis is complete, and updates have been communicated to impacted customers

  • Ambient inventory from the legacy ASC facility has started transferring to the PFX distribution center

  • Freezer racking and slotting have been reviewed and adjusted to align with projected product velocity and future needs

Important Updates: 5/15/25

  • The ASC Denver facility completed their final orders on 5/8/25, and product is now being transferred to the PFX facility—with 8 trailers moved so far.
  • The Denver, CO cold chain move was successful, and orders have officially started shipping out.
  • All NHP and Pet Superstores are shipping out of Denver CO PFX building.  

Big shoutout to Andrey and Michelle—they shared that even with a few hiccups, the team jumped in with urgency and patience. That’s exactly the mindset we need moving forward.
